Dr. Yogita Shukla, Managing Trustee
Dr. Yogita Shukla is an interdisciplinary professional with core passion towards scientific research and technology evangelism. She has diverse experience of over 23 years in Environment Science as well as Geospatial Information Science with focus on Climate Change, Natural Resource Management Energy Management, Rural and Urban Development.
With aspirations to contribute to unravelling earth system dynamics vis-à-vis human systems particularly in reference to climate change, adaptation and mitigation, natural resource conservation, land use and land cover changes and urbanization, she is now working towards building bridges and connecting the dots between science, technology, and its uptake by the communities.
Ms. Swati Grover, Secretary and Treasurer
Ms. Swati Grover is Qualified Geospatial Solutions professional with rich & extensive experience of 20 + years in India and internationally in Geospatial Segment, specializing in GIS & Remote Sensing. She is M.Phil. in GIS & Remote Sensing from University of Cambridge, UK and Postgraduate in Geology from University of Delhi, India.
She has worked on various projects such as GIS and Database System GIS services, applications, and customized solutions. Handled extensive technical training and capacity building programs for different sectors. Currently she is working as an Independent Consultant, Visiting Faculty and Founder of Wo-men Geospatial Coterie.
Dr. Anshu Miglani, Vice President
Dr. Anshu Miglani is a seasoned professional with diverse experience of 19 years in remote sensing and GIS education. Highly intuitive, multi-faceted and comprehensive professional she is now working in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) domain with rich experience and skills pertaining to Education Technology, instructional design, and pedagogical knowledge.
With an inherent ability to apply these within learning environment in online education domain, she is highly imaginative and intelligent with an ability to plan, prioritise, integrate, and deliver approach. With PhD in Botany, she is also Assistant Director, IGNOU and Founder Aarsh Foundation.
Dr. Mukta Girdhar, Director
Dr. Mukta Girdhar has more than 25 years of experience in imparting education in the field of Disaster Management and GIS. She has a Doctorate in Earth Sciences specialising in Geochemistry from University of Delhi. She has guided and presented several research papers. She has worked as Assistant Professor in Centre for Excellence in Disaster Management Studies (CDMS) at GGS Indraprastha University, Chief Editor of Quarterly Magazine Resilience, Specializes in Disaster Management, Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing.
